The cheapest time to fix a comms closet is before it's built

Most low-voltage subs get handed a set of drawings after the decisions are made. Then somebody discovers the closet has no dedicated circuit, the conduit stops short of the far wall, and there's no backing where the access points were supposed to go. Every one of those is cheap on paper and expensive in the field.

Managed IT, firewalls, monitoring and support — or we hand over clean documentation and walk away. The owner's choice, not a condition of the job.

Why owners bring us in early

Because we are also the company that will still be answering the phone in year three. A cabling sub is finished at closeout. We are not, which changes how we design it.

Twenty-six years in Charlotte County, through two hurricanes. We build the second internet circuit as a matter of course, because in this market the first one goes down.

How we take work — plainly

Negotiated and design-build projects Owner-led or GC-led, brought in early. This is the work we want and the work we are good at.
General contractors who already have the job If the project is awarded to you, we are glad to be your low-voltage subcontractor. Send us the scope and the schedule.
We do not price work for a GC's own bid If you are still competing for the project, we are not the right sub for that stage. Pricing a job on speculation means the number usually gets shopped, and it is estimating work we would rather spend on clients who have the award. Come back when it is yours and we will move fast.
We do not chase plan-and-spec hard bids We are not the cheapest number on a bid list and we are not trying to be. If low price is the deciding factor, there are contractors better suited to that than us.

Everything your project admin needs to set us up as a vendor. If something here is missing, call or text and you will usually have it the same day.

Insurance

$1M / $2M

General liability at $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Commercial auto and workers' compensation in force.

Certificate naming you as additional insured provided on request — usually same day. We do not publish certificates online because they carry policy numbers and expire; you need a current one issued to you.
