Bring us in while it's still on paper.
Low-voltage design-assist for architects, owners and general contractors across Southwest Florida. We help get the pathways, closets, power and backing right before anyone hangs drywall — then we install it, and we can run it afterward.
The cheapest time to fix a comms closet is before it's built
Most low-voltage subs get handed a set of drawings after the decisions are made. Then somebody discovers the closet has no dedicated circuit, the conduit stops short of the far wall, and there's no backing where the access points were supposed to go. Every one of those is cheap on paper and expensive in the field.
Where things live
Closet locations, riser strategy, rough device counts, and whether the building's bones support what the owner is asking for.
Coordination
Pathways, conduit and sleeve sizing, dedicated power and cooling for the closet, ceiling and furniture coordination, backing for cameras and access points.
Install
Our own crews under our Florida electrical contractor license. Rough-in on your schedule, trim when the ceilings close, testing and labeled documentation at closeout.
We can run it
Managed IT, firewalls, monitoring and support — or we hand over clean documentation and walk away. The owner's choice, not a condition of the job.
What we cover
One subcontractor for the whole low-voltage package, which means one schedule to coordinate and nobody to point at when a device doesn't come up.

Why owners bring us in early
Because we are also the company that will still be answering the phone in year three. A cabling sub is finished at closeout. We are not, which changes how we design it.
Twenty-six years in Charlotte County, through two hurricanes. We build the second internet circuit as a matter of course, because in this market the first one goes down.
