Our experience With Mike has always been wonderful. When Mike tells you what time he will be at your house he is prompt,and IF he will be late he calls to let you know. I know that when Mike leaves our home my computer will be working . THANK YOU MIKE for your prompt service. Again and again we have had to call Mike. Thank God he is there for us. He was able to diagnose the problem, tweak the settings on the printer and the network to increase the printer performance. He worked diligently until the problem was solved.
