A note on what you are reading
These were collected over many years, mostly from home and small-office customers, and they were published on our previous website. We have kept the wording as written and corrected only obvious spelling slips.
The work has changed since. Most of what we do now is commercial — cabling, wireless, cameras, access control, phones and managed IT for businesses across Southwest Florida. The way we treat people has not.
